You know how Fetty wap says "1738" well thats why people that smoke Fetty are called (atleast by me) 1738 and you gotta say it loud as to wake them up, cus thats what it makes them do fall asleep sitting standing, I've even seen some bent completely over on hands. Knees, and face sad really.
