Its simple. You shake it, but you do not break it. That means never take it to far. Don't take it the the extreme. Have a good time, but don't get in trouble. The act of shaking it means you shake it by not breaking it.

Chris told AJ he was going out and AJ replied by saying, "Make sure you Shake it, but don't break it!"
