Mac is a slang word that came about in the late 90's meaning something is achievable in life but why would you want to.

usually used to deter people or in a situation where one person is lazy or the outcome isn't warranted.

was used widely in northern American sitcom shows of the 1990's but has since then been fazed out by newer and more convenient slang terms.
