Jersey Cream is an alcoholic food sediment made by taking a 50-50 mixture of Baileys and unfiltered water from the Hudson River, passing it through a coffee filter, and collecting the substance too coarse to pass through the filter. It is conventionally served with Taylor Ham and toast.
