Ex-joke

When someone makes a joke and after everyone’s already laughed keeps saying the same joke until it’s not funny at all anymore. Basically an expired joke.

I really wish john doe would stop using that same ex-joke. Everyone is literally not going to enjoy being around him all day.

Elwood Joke

A joke that is really bad and is usually used after a funny joke. The Elwood joke cancels out the funny joke and makes everyone upset because they can no longer enjoy the funny joke due to how bad the Elwood joke is.
