It is a fan who has gone beyond a parasocial relationship, where fans have stepped up from merely worshipping the idols to feeling (whether true or not) that they are co-cultivating their idols, including their public images, the scope of their work, and even their personal lives.
Many of these fans can become entitled and toxic if the subject of their focus doesn't act in accordance to their desires, expectations, and beliefs they've built around them, or if they are not provided with content they feel entitled to by the person they "helped co-create".
