A mishearing (possibly due to accent) of the word Timbuktu, a city in Mali, Western Africa. Once a major trade city but now used colloquially to refer to a hard to get to and/or remote location.

A term that can be used when you want to enter a bet or dare a friend to do something stupid but don't want to put anything at stake. In other words, it's money made from "pure imagination".

Person 1: Hey Person 2 I'll give you 50 Willy Wonka bucks if you ask Person 3 out!
Person 2: Sure
{Person 2 does the dare}
Person 2: Where is my money?
Person 1: HAH here you go. It's money made from pure imagination!
