An illness that effects many teenagers but is deemed fake by most parents and don't see how much mental health matters since "back in the day" they always sucked it up

mom: what? no your fine stop faking everything i don't wanna waste money on pointless stuff

postreadum depression

The sinking feeling of silent crisis received when finished with a really good book, story, or possibly a story-oriented video game. Symptoms include:

1.) Revaling in the enjoyment gained, followed by blank staring and feelings of emptiness
2.) The extreme urge to simply lie on the floor face-down and do nothing with your now pointless self
3.) Consistent pondering on what the heck you're supposed to do now.
4.) Lacking the want to start another project without maximum hype because nothing could replace the joy you were immersed in.

Most cases can be solved through quiet pondering and forcing yourself to find another outlet

In extreme cases, talk through it with a pal: Discuss the ups and downs, how it affected you, ultimately helping yourself move on. There's other things that will come into your life and give you that sense of wonder!

2: Wallowing in self-pity. I finished that book and now I am nothing.

Depression. Possibly the worst feeling ever. Above you, there is a cloud full of rain. You are isolated from everyone else. You feel as if there is something going on that everyone except you are part of. Depression is something that messes you up, it takes full control of you and you have to deal with it. It is the feeling of sadness, neglection, and rejection. It will cause you to do crazy things, like cutting yourself. It will make you feel numb. It is a scary place that no one should be able to go to. Depression feels like you are on a staircase about to go up and are so confused. There are different pathways everywhere, and you are lost. You are forever trapped in the never-ending staircase. Depression is something that should not exist, but unfortunately, it does. You feel as if no one knows what you are going through.

there is no need for a sentence for the word depression.
