a place where insecure teens or lonely aldults who cant get any seek attention because they are concerned about their popularity. It becomes an unofficial contest on who has the most friends when in fact 75 percent of their so called "friends" they've never met. u may not know the person but as soon as you make eye contact with them, or share the same class, within hours that person will ask u if you will accept the dubious honor of being their friend on myspace. People decorate their myspace with fancy backgrounds hundreds of pictures, music videos which often overlap with their myspace profile song which really gets annoying. also due to the clutter of eveything you're computer will either slow down or freeze.

myspace has caused obsession, declining grades, pointless drama, and gossip. Its got to the point where the ultimate slap in the face is taking someone off you're friends list.

"i fuckin hate her! I'm taking her off my myspace!"

Myspace is an online community full of millions-billions of people who probably dont know you but will add you for a "friend" There are places such as friendstorm.net where u get tons of adds from people you dont know. Myspace can be a popularity contest if you know the right people... And having to be 14 to be aloud to have one(you can lie) :Edit your profile with lots of codes or not. Post pictures and bulletins, blogs, visit forums, chatrooms, IM windows, comment others, its ridiculously addictive.
