Get the Brad Pittmug. "The pitts" is a colloquial expression that is often used to describe a situation or experience that is extremely unpleasant, terrible, or disastrous. It can be used to emphasize how bad or unfortunate something was. It is similar to saying "it was the worst" or "it was terrible."
The first time (I was bitten twice that time) was the pitts. When I went to bed that night (probably about 4 hours after the bite) I felt pretty sick.
