A name for a girl who is very shady, and backstabbing. She'll say she's your best friend, but then try and ruin a relationship between you and your boyfriend. Kelsey usually will tell one boy she's dating him and keep two on the side for backup, in case her current boy isn't keeping her happy. Kelsey usually updates her profiles saying how "ugly" or "lonely" she is just so she can get the attention of others. Kelsey will also flirt with other boys when one of her boyfriends isn't around so she can feel like she's "loved".
