Sinetch Itey is a well-known internet slang among Filipinos on different social media platforms and even used in a daily basis. First invented and, at the same time, widely popularized by a children's comedy show entitled "Goin' Bulilit" back in 2014, which airs every Sunday. This modernized term is an introductory device for forming a blind item about a certain person.

Example: Sinetch Itey, guro siya sa sipnayan na naging kabet? Kilala niyo ba siya?
(Who's this math teacher turned mistress? Do you guys know her?)

A spineless loser is someone that "borrows" money from people still to weak to say NO for whatever reason and never pays it back.
