The act of one's exercise being in the act of getting a refreshment either alcoholic or non alcoholic.

"Damn, we refreshercised hard at the bar last nite."

Typical conversation:

"Did you hit the gym today?"

"Nah, I refreshercised, basically to the fridge and back for my routine."

Regret burrito

An event or action that is extremely satisfying however later will haunt you and causes affliction or anguish.

-Jim had a bad case of regret burrito when he realized that binge watching House of Cards caused him to miss his economics final exam.
-John realized that the burrito he ate for lunch was truly a regret burrito when he had diarrhoea while stuck in rush-hour traffic.

-Jillian hoped Jessica would have a regret burrito for eating all of her Hallowe'en candy

regrettie

a fan of the band The Regrettes. they are likely gay and have mental illness. you will likely find them on twitter or instagram, the occasional siting on facebook but we don’t accept them. they can all agree that every member is extremely attractive and talented. you may see one with the symbol “|^_” in their display name which stands for the R in regrettes but doesn’t look anything like an R. the plural form for regrettie is regretties.

“twitter regretties are insane”
“I’m a professional regrettie”

outfit regret

The feeling that comes once you've left the house with a bad outfit on. Making the problem worse is you cannot go back home and change out of the bad outfit.

I'm @ wk wearing a horrible looking sundress, that looked good before I left the house, and now I hve to sit here with, "outfit regret", ugh !

Postal Regret

When you post something to a social site e.g. facebook, twitter; and you regret it after a few seconds or minutes, but are too lazy to remove it. Or you just want to know the response that it will get, but eventually regret ever doing so.

I posted something onto my facebook without looking at Urban Dictionary first... and now I have postal regret.
