A white substance from 'kuribitbet' or 'pandakaki puti' plant, a Philippine tropical shrub, which is used traditionally by young boys to make their penises fully ready to be circumcized. They put a small amount of the substance around their 'burat' or glans penis which will then get very itchy. Because of the itch, they will not feel any pain as they pull down the skin covering the 'glans penis'. As the skin is being pulled down, the penis will become 'sakat'.
