Heroin when used properly (to non drug users, anything is considered dope, even marijuana! wtf). There IS one proper use of dope other than heroin, and that is ONLY the PROCESS of turning cocaine hydrochloride into shitty cocaine freebase(crack) with the baking soda method (opposed to using ammonia, which gives a higher purity of crack).

dope-pot, cooking dope, and dopeman (which SHOULD refer to a heroin dealer, tho crack dealers are also commonly referred to as dope boys/"d-boys")
