The giver is grateful to have had the opportunity to give and the receiver is grateful not only for the contribution but for giving the opportunity for someone to contribute. Feeling small in comparison to the big wide wonderful world we live in and spreading universal love.

When I meditate, I experience consciousness.
Consciousness has taught me to be mindful.

As I listen to Bob Dylan, his music helps me achieve enlightenment and consciousness.
