The re-make of Valve's Day of Defeat using the Source engine. All Counter Strike and Day of Defeat players love to flame Day of Defeat Source, mainly because they are too lazy to go and buy the game to try it out.
Player 1: "Day of Defeat Source SUCKS MAN!!!"

Player 2: "Have you tried it?"

Player 1: "I DON'T NEED TO, IT'S DA UBER FAILZ"

Hot Source

Hot Source - A piece of unique information or knowledge, usually finding out something before someone else, giving that person(s) a competitive advantage or jumping ahead of current people.
"I think we have stumbled across a hot source of information."

"You won't believe what I've found out. This is going to be a hot source!"

"I've found a hot source, this is going to be great, this will definitely give us a competitive advantage"

What you use when someone calls you on your bullshit online. See also: It was revealed to me in a Dream; Source(s): Dude trust me
Raiden: That's a nice argument Senator, why don't you back it up with a source
Senator Armstrong: My source is that I MADE IT THE FUCK UP

Stank on the source code

To put stank on the source code is to modify any electronic or mechanical object so that it alters the items original function.
Person 1: dude, are you watching gay porn on the head unit in your car?
Person 2: yeah man, I dropped some stank on the source code, and now my car dashboard streams porn 24/7

Reputable source

A source that has a reputation, and also has a reputation to lose.
Scientists had been called a reputable source of information rather than misinformation about the coronavirus, and people were told not to question why scientists were reputable or had accurate information nobody else had.
