When you follow someone into a shared toilet facility and wait for the victim to start doing a poo. You then turn all the lights out and throw multiple rolls of wet toilet roll over the cubicle. This becoming the Dark Jobbie.

As a derivation of Jobbie (a Scottish colloquialism for excrement) a "Jobbie Weeker" is a poo of considerable satisfaction. For example, a ghost poo might be considered a "Jobbie Weeker".
