Get the jerrymug. "Jerries" was a shortened form for "Germans" used by the allied soldiers during world war II. They used it because it was shorter and easier to say. Because you can't really say "Gers", the allies were saying "Jerries". There is no offensive or subliminal meaning on that word (unlike for "Krauts").
