public milk

When one's housemates/family have irritated or wronged oneself in some way, he or she may choose to invoke "public milk" out of spite. This practice involves chugging milk straight out of the carton without telling anyone, and works especially well if one has any prexisting contagious medical conditions.

for example:

"my flatmates came home really drunk last night and woke me up, so I public milked them"

"the other day my step-sister invoked public milk, and now I have the flu"

Going Public refers to an online secret relationship in a social network system (like facebook) between 2 people that is kept in a chat box so their friends are not aware that they are involved with each other. Thay appear as casual friends to the community; Until 1 or both change their relationship status and announce it to the facebook community.

Joan: "did you see, bill and kelly are going public"

Connie: "yes, Bill changed his relationship status on the home page. "

A person who doesn't use a toilet seat protector or toilet paper to line the toilet seat in a public restroom.

noun. A person of glass-half-full mentality who feels compelled to whistle in public areas such as elevators, shopping malls, university campuses, office buildings, trains, etc. Usually despised by those s/he encounters, unless said person is actually good at whistling.

In Indonesia for example, they don't know what Sodom and Gomorrah is, but people are caned in public for homosexuality, even perceived homosexuality.
