A buzzkill or boner kill happening to many people. A huge letdown to all.

One night, every student in Mr. Johnson's class noticed that their grade had risen 20%. The next morning, Mr. Johnson announced to the class that this was just an error and that everyone's grades would go back down 20% by the end of the day. The result was absolute boner genocide.
