Get the packed a freshy mug.Someone who has been living in an English speaking country (e.g. UK or USA) for a long time (e.g. 15 or 20 years) but still has poor English skills in terms of speaking and writing. Ex-freshies also have a fresh mentality making them very irritable to work or cope with. Typically this person has moved from a eastern country to a western country. (e.g. India to USA, Pakistan to UK)
Ex-freshie Man: I want all my children to get A's for their GSCE's so they can go off to Oxford and they can become lawyers or doctors.
