Flundering

The Minister of Health was found guilty, once again, of flundering in an attempt to reapportion blame whilst simultaneously pretending that everything was "okay".

fluglebinder

meth pipe. A small glass tube, sealed on one end with a bubble blown on the sealed end. Originally a staw was inserted into into the tube to draw air over the molten meth. At some point in time some one blew a small hole into the bubble eliminating the need for the straw.
