Facial Dusting

Shaving at a point in puberty where proper facial fair is yet to develop, only 'bum fluff' however it is still necessary to shave to remove this 'hair'. As it is not a proper shave it can only be refered to as facial dousting as all the fluff and dust like hair on your face is being removed, hence the phrase facial dusting.

Also has application on Twitter, though Mr. Gottfried did prove that you can ignore the aftermath all you want, you could still lose your pool cleaning income from "dusting."
