A term used in the UK of a person of profession usually a chicken shop owner taxi driver or at the local corner shop seller who is usually of Asian/indian/Turkish or middle eastern in origin or appearance.

"Yo bossman drive me to central" or "yo bossman "do me a burger n chips" or "yo bossman you got a loaf of bread and a packet of fags"

Bossman usually has his shop loaded with goods.

Also the word "bossman shop" can be used in a sentence for example: "where is the local bossman shop as I've run out of milk"
