Usually done when the person is not into the conversation or wants to stop talking.

(n) a one time occurence. An ad-hoc exception to rule. Corporate jargon meaning that you'll do it once and not repeat.

The term is used to show off the killers remarkable skill and proficiency.

Mental One: Mental Orgasim. Also referred to as Mental O' or Mental. This is used when a person or persons is incredibly hot, sexy, and or beyond hottness or sexiness(etc.) that they give you a mental orgasim, via mental O'. Also can be used with mmm yes for more emphasis!

Example 1;
Person 1: oh that guy is soo hot!

Example 2;
