pop-punk rock band from california. i hate green day; but, i have to admit, i like some of their older songs. their new music sucks. i hate politcal music. but the real reason i hate them is because their drummer(tre) said some shit about one of my favorite bands. it seems to me that they think they're better than everyone else(other bands).

A fucking mainstream MTV band that all of the teenyboppers and poseurs love. If the idiots that listen to Green Day and claim to be punk really thought they were punk, they would listen to stuff like The Casualties. Green Day is POP. Not punk. Not pop/"punk". POP, just like almost every other band claiming to be punk that's around these days.
