Used to describe spoiled teenagers, not necessarily from Brod, but rather entire central Central Slovenia, either male or female. Their parents usually own a big house, at least two expensive cars such as BMW or Mercedez-Benz. They post "aesthetic" stuff and typical tired and disappointed faces on instagram and have around 1k followers.

When a young person, ie zoomer who lacks social skills, blatantly disregards others around them. Particularly those asking a question. Only for the person asking the question to get side eyed or stared at in return by said zoomer. Also known as the zoomer lead paint stare
