A term used to describe a working-class black person, especially a politically reactionary one from a rural area.

A black redneck is a black person from the countryside who lives a country lifestyle. Basically the same thing as a redneck except black.

For some odd reason, and despite her obvious migratory tendencies, Jessica Black has yet to consent to booking a plane ticket.
