A maneuver where an inebriated person who has fallen attempts to spring to their feet in the same movement, with outrageous results.

An endearing term, usually self imposed - to describe someone who suffers from panic disorder and anxiety, but is self aware - and does not subscribe to the sometines patronising "inner child" mechanics of psychology.
