It's when you're cruising around like a sweet dude and another dude is tracking your movements and whereabouts. He may want to just talk or engage in some sexual type act in a back room or MCV (mobile command vehicle). When the other dude makes contact you have been dude tracked.

Ryan: Hey Tim can you get all the students to sign the CE paperwork

Tim: sorry man I got dude tracked. I'm on it now

Ryan: you got dude tracked......gross
Ryan: wondering......did Tim mean "I'm on it" as he and the other dude are gettin their dicks wet or that he is handling the paperwork......

Killame the nine year old : Dude! I found a cool blue and green color rock!
Jiffa the nine year old : Really Dude! Oh my gosh show me!

James the teenager : Dude, you wanna game it out today?
Jeffrey the teenager : Naw dude, I ain't feelin' it today
James the teenager : Alright dude, imma leave then

Now you probably saw the difference between a teenager using the word "Dude" and a nine year old kid using the word "Dude."

A person who has no life or people skills.A person who doesn't keep up on all the latest current events or trends.No clue at all about anything.Lives a very simple home body life and doesn't go out much and interact with people.

Alot of young kids would say this about their parents.My father has no clue what its like to be a kid these days.Father,things were much different when i was a kid.My friend who is 58 is a puddy duddy,hes worked just about everyday of his life never going out and socializing.All he has to talk about is his work.He tries to interact with us younger guys and is boring and totally outa touch with things.
