RB Practice Guy is the thumbnail image to Greg Arkus’ video on YouTube titled “RB 2024 Practice.” RB Practice Guy himself is a cartoon naked man depicted as running in the thumbnail with a white background. RB Practice Guy has become the subject of many goofs, gaffes, and chortles among the Second Lunch Servery friend group.
