When you are in a large groupchat with randos from different timezones and don't know their local time, you say "good whatever" to greet them instead of good morning/afternoon/night.

It's commonly seen in public discord servers.

Random1: Good morning everyone!
Random2: It's night for me
Random3: Afternoon for me.

Random1: Ok, good whatever.

2-to be with good friends(idiom):
