When you are Unable to be my friend and help me with my current technical difficulties.

I like micah, but hes technically not my friend because he hasn't hooked my stereo up yet like he promised.

Technical degree

A Technical Degree is any type of education you receive that is not from an accredited college or University degree program. Most programs are usually from a private school or some other type of non-federally funded institution. There are many technical educational programs offered at private schools or non-federally funded institutions that are considered technical degrees, for instance; Cosmetology, Barber, HVAC, Plumming, Electrician, Mechanic and so forth. Most of these programs are 2 to 3 years and structured.

I have a technical degree in Cosmetology.

technically inclined

It means you can computer, which is apparently, a rare skill. Most of the sht you can do any Joe schmoe can do but is too lazy or is below 90 IQ to know how to do. so not being absolutely retarded when it comes to computers magically makes you a computer wiZZard and a no life nerd that knows everything about puters and not just because you don't think computers are of satan and you have been using them most of your life.

My computer is broken (because it is full of malware, bloatware, and sht because I am a total idiot who can't stop downloading random sht from shady sites, and don't know how to reinstall windows, what the vast majority of my"tech" friends do anyway.) let me just call up my technically inclined nErd friend, he will fix it like majick.

Berks Technical Institute

A junior college in Central Pennsylvania that is a pitiful excuse for a educational institution. The school has no pedigree, even among lowly 2-year colleges, and on average one student of ten will find a job in their field, the rest will work at a retail job or go on to a real 4-year school wondering why they fucked up their lives. Most of the poor quality of the education stems from overcrowding and lack of resources, i.e. two classes sharing a computer lab at the same time, and computers with Adobe CS1 software. No joke.

Sorry guys, I don't have a summer break, I go to Berks Technical Institute.
