Adj; A name given to an incredibbly intoxicated female. In particular those who slip, fall, break bones, and then blame it on leaves. Some other characteristics include: complaining that she normally goes to bed a 4 AM, wishing she were at MIT, calling everyone in her phonebook, and/or bringing greasy haired men to bed with her while forcing her roommates to sleep on someone else's floor.

A common Steffen is someone who get's active around the age of 17-18 and hunts for girls younger than him, 'cause he's a coward who can't compete with girls his age. He most likely curls the naive and young victim to his home, where he can live his sexual fantasies with here and then leave her, breaking her heart forever. But you have to understand the mind of a Steffen. The Steffen only cares about his goal, which is sexual pleasure. The emotions of the victim are not important to him, even if he acts like they are at first. So to sum it up you could say a Steffen is a typical Fuckboy, dabbing his way through his life, wearing addidas sweat pants and muscle shirts, holding his phone infront of his face while taking selfies.
