1. A refined word that makes distinction from the former ghetto of WW2 to the modern ghetto full of niggers.

2. A ghetto full of niggers.

3. An Italian last name.

In Chicago, the niggetto starts off at Roosevelt street and continues down to Indiana. Mayor Daley Sr. originally had plans to wall off the ghetto. Today, housing projects are being deniggafied because Chicago may have a chance at the Olympic bid and niggers are offensive to all the human senses. Currently, the projects are being repaired and reorganized into expensive condominiums and hotels and the niggers moved to somewhere so far south that it is beyond the reach of the L.

The art and study of being a real nigga. Which includes the tan of your skin, the pitch in your voice, and usage of words. Basically, an all out hood persona.

A black man is grabbing his nut sack while sweet talking an anglo-saxon female. A white male observes from afar, and witnesses the female licking her lips at the black man. Then the white man can say, " There's some powerful niggatry at work over there."
