It's someone who has trouble dealing with heart-pounding situations. They always go to their friends with their situations because they feel most comfortable talking it through with them. They also attracted to mostly people who are hella young or hella older than their age. They seem older than they seem. Overall tho, everyone needs a Kylie in their life.
