A conjunction-conjecture of the words "phase" and "blaze". It most often adresses the condition of being absent minded due to mental fatigue. In most cases the cause of fatigue is substance use and/or abuse.

Wooooah man, I was fazerblazed all day yestetrday; forgot my keys at home, left the restaurant without paying and stepped on some shit too. That party was heavy on me!
