The verb 'to bevan' describes a situation when a guy creepily follows a group of females that are particularly just one year younger than himself and tries to flirt with them wherever they go, despite the fact he has no chances of getting to date any of them. This must happen ALL the fucking time and every day of the year to be described as this. This word originated and is commonly used in northern England.
