Dictator energy

Possessing extreme or alarming amounts of verve, energy, and willpower. Individuals with dictator energy often appear strung-out, overly-energetic, and have extreme goals which they pursue with inappropriate zeal. Victims of dictator energy are often ordered around, or worse, falling into the deadly orbit of someone who can't give up on their insane goals.

baby dictator conundrum

A theoretical problem in which a person is a time traveler and has traveled back to the infantile stage of something horrible happening (e.g. traveling back to when a dictator was a baby) and can choose to either put a complete stop to it (killing the baby) or try to turn it into something good instead (raising the baby to not be a terrible person).

Person 1: "What would you do if you could go back in time to when Hitler was a baby?"

Person 2: "Ah yes, the good ol' baby dictator conundrum."
