I know your reading this because you’re thinking of people to type in from your school. Besides the point. You obviously know rowdy. He has a lot of friends sometimes an asshole but his best friends names start with the letter J and M if you know who they are. Rowdy is currently taken by a girl and she is very popular. So is the person this. Also the person typing this likes him. if you know who I am just tell me at school because we probably go to the same school anyways. Rowdy plays football and he is super fast but very short.blond heir and brown eyes can make any girl fall in love.

Dirty Rowdy

An older, past middle aged man who believes his own lies, goes and does WHOEVER and WHATEVER he wants to day in and day out. A "Dirty Rowdy" is someone who cheats with no conscience or remorse. He will literally tell he's going to do one thing then turns around and does something else. A Dirty Rowdy is someone who would steal your stuff then turn right back around and try to sell it to you. They will lie steal cheat gaslight and ultimately bleed you dry of energy, emotions, and last but not least : MONEY. O and the LOVE to PAY FOR SEX. Why this is eludes me.

The term is used to describe the level of party madness that has ensued, will ensue, or is ensuing. The term can also be used to describe someone's flamboyant, fun, outgoing, social personality. A direct derivative of the adjective Rowdy.
