A person who has chubby energy. Can be applied to anyone, but especially in reference to someone who is cute because they are chubby.

2. To leave the scene of an accident before the police get there.

Man, I was driving down Nostrand when I tried to switch lanes and I pulled a Pudge. Luckily, I pulled another Pudge and busted on out of there before the po-po showed up.
