Neaner

A very crucial tendon that runs through your neck/shoulder area. It is not commonly known by a normal human but it is known by people who wear locktesses. It is located near that one might wear their locktess. Some peoples neaners are very noticeable and bulge out while others neaners are unnoticeable. In some countries a bulging neaner is found attractive.

"Hey yo Jonathan did you get a new locktess for your neaner?"

"Yeah man don't it look hella tight! It helps me swim faster too!"

"That's cool man! Your neaner looks awesome when the locktess makes it bulge like that!"

handing out shit and verbal abuse...

this could be the foreman on a construction site or an assitant director on a film set, usually yelling orders bootcamp style while suffering from inflated ego syndrome
