Note: This definition primarily applies to web developers and website owners

The Majestic Legacy is the process of attempting and usually succeeding to piss off a website community or its owner due to the website being a rival of your own. Usually by DDoSing/spamming the website. For a special touch website owners may even draw a picture of a stick figure taking a shit on their site.
