A combination of the two words Legit and Titties, meaning someone has an extremely nice rack or set of boobs.

Pronounced: "legit.ies", basically add "ies" to legit and you got it.

Popularized in the town of Marblehead Massachusetts, "dece dece legit" has grown into a wildly popular description of a situation or feeling. An extreme version of "legit" or "dece," "dece dece legit" is perhaps the greatest compliment one can bestow upon a happening, feeling, or person.
