An aviation slang for a lead who loves to teach other subordinates a good lesson. He will go and do whatever it takes and no matter the cost just to get a taste of that asshole. Avoid these guys in aviation, if he put it on his resume. It's probably a lie.

A Boomerang Lead is the art of throwing an offer back at an unsolicited attempt to do business. Don't let that action fall flat, just throw it right back.
An example of, "Boomerang Lead" is -
Unsolicited Message: "Hey I couldn't help but notice you are breathing you should buy my stuff."
Reply: "Cool! I happen to have dictionaries to sell! I could help you with better grammar and punctuation."
