Often associated with gerrymandering, to hoopgamble is to place bets on the amount of salamanders able to be used in one sitting. -er, one who places said bets. -ing, the act of participating in a hoopgamble.

Guy 1: "Hey man, wanna go hoopgamble later?"
Guy 2: "No way man, I'm to tired from gerrymandering your mom last night."

Hoopas Woopas

Noun. Dog Breed. Also known as the Eastern European Hoopas Woopas. A small to medium size dog. Males are up to 60 lbs, females weigh as much as 45 lbs. The Hoopas Woopas is the result of two prestigious dog breeds. The Northern Icelandic Hoopas dog and the North American Woopas. Both breeds are known for their protective nature. The Hoopas Woopas is a brownish tan with a short coat. Sometimes mistaken for the German Rottweiler. Only one Hoopas Woopas is known to still exist. It reportedly lives in Southern Arizona.

I just spoke with my Uncle who is almost 90 years old. He said he recalls the word of Hoop Head being used when he was a young man. It's meaning was a "Drug Addict", could this be what Al is referring to since there is a lot of drug use on the show?

"Don't give those hoople heads any more drinks."
