Often associated with gerrymandering, to hoopgamble is to place bets on the amount of salamanders able to be used in one sitting. -er, one who places said bets. -ing, the act of participating in a hoopgamble.

Guy 1: "Hey man, wanna go hoopgamble later?"
Guy 2: "No way man, I'm to tired from gerrymandering your mom last night."
