The ultimate way of life, events, and all parts of this world and this universe. Many define part of this with their religion, or any religion can use this as just a metaphysical way to describe fate and sequence of events.

Usually used to describe something very small and unimportant and how it relates to "the big picture".

Grand Gesture

A risk people take by putting themselves out there to show how you feel for your significant other, usually when doubt is cast against your feelings. The "grand gesture" usually entails giving up something big in exchange for the gratitude and love of your significant other.

I showed Amy how much I love her want to be with her with my grand gesture of quitting my job in LA to be with her in New York.

Grand National

Though rarely thought of in modern racing times, the Buick Grand National was produced from the years ('82-'87). Most notably the black grandma cars that're quiet as hell and yet spank a foxbody mustang by 15 car lengths, leaving the ford driver angry and confused. this is due to the 231 cu. in turbocharged V6 found in many of them, producing around 260 hp and 350 ft. lbs of torque....stock. with an upgraded turbo size and boost controller, they can make over 500 hp with the turn of a dial. unfortunately, Buick grew a vagina and made them actual grandma cars after '87.
