This is someone who doesn't really matter much. There tend to be a few of those at the office, too, but remember not to let them get under your skin.

If you find that difficult, try calling them a fopdoodle under your breath. It'll do wonders.

Faddoodle is when you hack or mess around with an electronic in either a video game or in real life.
Faddoodle has been used for many reasons but after research its been found that this is the most common meaning.
